The detection principle of the air pressure sensor
Each manufacturer's air pressure sensor will have its own characteristics, and its working principle will also be slightly different.
For example, an air pressure sensor I have learned, its detection principle is:
Since the gas pressure propagates isotropically, the pressure change is transmitted to the inside of the sensor through the circular hole above the sensor.
As the pressure inside the sensor increases, the air is compressed and the temperature rises instantaneously, which is then sensed inside the sensor.
Therefore, it can also be understood that the sensor mainly senses the internal temperature change, but when the temperature reaches a certain level, the sensor will no longer respond.
The sensor mainly has the following characteristics:
1.The air pressure sensor can measure extremely small changes in air pressure (1 Pa), which cannot be measured by ordinary sensors. It can also measure changes in atmospheric pressure up to 100kPa.
2.Compared with the traditional thin film air pressure sensor, it has reasonable price and high sensitivity. Its sensing element is a ceramic that is well protected against overvoltage damage
3. This air pressure sensor has a built-in FT impedance conversion circuit, and the signal is converted into a usable output voltage.
