1. When the water pump stops running, the controller will give an alarm to indicate that the pressure is insufficient, One possibility is that the pipeline is short of water, and needs to be supplemented to run normally;Another possibility is that there is leakage in the pipeline, first find the way to block the leakage position, and then repair it thoroughly.
2.Water pressure switch failure
The water pressure switch is a safety protection element for the normal operation of the wall mounted furnace,To prevent wall mounted furnace burning in water shortage or no water state.When the circulating water pressure of the system is very low or there is no water, the water pressure switch is in open circuit state and the signal will be transmitted to the heating controller of wall mounted furnace .
The trouble of water pressure switch is easy to deal with,First test it with a multimeter . If the pressure switch does not open, you need to replace the pressure switch.If the contact is poor, connect it again; if the line is broken, replace the wire. If the wrong terminal is inserted, it must be inserted correctly again.
3.The last common fault is that there is a lot of air in the exhaust pipe system,Here are the maintenance methods:
1). If The water pump and the fan does not run, the controller gives an alarm, and the fault code displayed on the display screen is water shortage (phenomenon).The power line of the water pump may fall off,use a multimeter to test whether the pump output power is normal and the contact is good or not. If the controller has no voltage output, the controller is faulty and needs to be replaced.If the voltage output is OK, but the pump has no electricity, which means that the connector falls off, the contact is poor, or the wire is disconnected and detached, so contact it again. The pump doesn't need to be locked for long time. If a voltage is applied to the pump and the pump does not work, the pump may be locked. First screw down the pump,Turn the shaft of the pump with a screwdriver to make the pump rotor turn normally.If the pump is not locked, but the multimeter detects an open or short circuit in the pump, the pump may burn out and a new pump is needed.
2).When the pump is running and the fan is not running, the controller will give an alarm to Indicate a Fault Code of pipeline.If the air in the pump has not been discharged, resulting in pump idling, must Unscrew the copper screw on the end face of the pump and discharge the air in the pump, and then restart.3).Heating System distributor not open or filter blocked, If the filter is clogged, simply remove the filter and clean it.After drying the water, replenish the water and vent the air, then restart again. Normally, it would go back to normal.
4).The air must be completely expelled and restarted before the wall-mounted boiler can be used normally.
5). Use the multimeter to detect the flow switch ,During operation, check whether the switch has signal output. If there is a signal output, then the water flow switch is connected. Maybe the connectors aren't plugged in properly or the conductor's disconnected.If the wires and connectors are in good condition and the controller is bad,should be replaced immediately.
