3:The pressure switch detection steps:
Step 1. Connect the air outlet pipe to the air inlet of the pressure switch, and connect the first and second electrical connections to the positive and negative poles of the pressure switch.
Step 2: Connect the first air pipe with the outlet pipe by operating the switch, and adjust the first air pressure regulator to make the air pressure discharged from the first air pipe be the pressure p1 ( the upper operating value) .At this time, the indicator does not light up, the pressure switch to be tested is unqualified,
Step 3. Connect the second air pipe with the outlet pipe by operating the switch. Based on the lower limit action value of the pressure switch to be tested, adjust the second air pressure regulator so that the air pressure discharged from the second air pipe is the lower limit action value pressure p2;If the indicator is on at this time, the pressure switch to be tested is unqualified; if the indicator is off at this time, the pressure switch to be tested is qualified.
